These terms apply to LineSVG at linesvg.ai. Use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these terms and have authority to submit the content you use. LineSVG is not designed for children. Keep account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact davie@daviechen.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain the rights you already hold in submitted content. You give LineSVG and its service providers permission to process, store, convert, and deliver that content only as necessary to provide the requested service, maintain your history, address support, and protect the service. This is not permission to publicly market or sell your private uploads.
You must have the necessary permissions for your inputs and intended use of outputs. These terms do not promise exclusive rights, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party claims for AI-generated material.
LineSVG uses AI to generate and vectorize artwork. Results can contain mistakes, altered geometry, missing details, fills, or unsuitable paths. Editable strokes are a product objective, not a guarantee that every image or path has a particular structure.
Inspect and edit outputs before publishing, manufacturing, engraving, plotting, or other downstream operations. Do not rely on results as certified engineering, legal, medical, safety, or accessibility documentation. You are responsible for checking dimensions, compatibility, intellectual-property permissions, and fitness for your task.
Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, impersonate people deceptively, distribute malware, probe others' private files, bypass authentication or quotas, or disrupt the service. Do not upload personal or confidential information without authorization.
Usage is subject to the limits and available credits shown in the application. Processing may fail or be interrupted. The checkout page shows the amount and billing interval before payment. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year, with credits granted monthly rather than all at once. Subscription and lifetime monthly grants and purchased credit packs expire after 30 days. New accounts receive a one-time gift of 10 credits, valid for 30 days. Each text generation or image conversion costs 10 credits. There are no daily gift credits. Subscriptions renew until canceled through billing settings. One-time credit packs and lifetime purchases do not auto-renew. For billing issues, contact support; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Features and limits may change. We may restrict or suspend access to address security incidents, abuse, unlawful activity, or operational problems. You can stop using the service and request account deletion. Keep your own copies of files; the service is not an archival backup guarantee. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI outputs are provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No specific governing law, court, or arbitration agreement is selected here.
