How LineSVG processes account data, prompts, images, and generated SVG files.

LineSVG, available at linesvg.ai, turns text and images into editable vector artwork. This policy describes the current service configuration. For privacy questions or requests, email davie@daviechen.com.
We use this information to sign you in, generate artwork, show your private history, deliver files and transactional emails, enforce usage limits, and respond to support requests.
Google provides optional sign-in. Neon stores production account and application records, including creative job history and generated SVG content. Cloudflare provides DNS and private R2 image storage through an authenticated file gateway. Resend processes transactional messages and delivery status. Prompts and images submitted for generation or vectorization are sent to the Quiver AI API. We do not send your Google sign-in tokens to the artwork-generation API.
These providers process the information needed for their respective functions. Processing may occur outside your country. Provider-side retention and processing are also governed by their applicable terms; we do not promise that third parties offer zero retention or never use data for model improvement without a verified contractual commitment.
Creative history and exports require your account. R2 objects are not served from a public bucket. Authorized file links are bearer links: anyone who receives a valid link can use it until it expires, no later than one hour after issuance. Do not share these links if you want to keep the file private.
Your browser stores necessary sign-in/security information, language and theme preferences. An unfinished prompt and image may be saved in IndexedDB to survive a login redirect; the application restores or discards this draft on a subsequent visit, with a one-hour validity check. Clearing site data removes locally stored drafts. See the Cookie Policy.
Stripe processes paid checkout. We send the account identifier, email, selected plan or credit pack, and billing-related metadata needed to complete payment and grant credits. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout, not stored by LineSVG. We retain payment identifiers, subscription status and credit transactions to manage billing and access. Advertising attribution, marketing tracking and optional analytics remain disabled. Transactional email open/click tracking is not configured.
Account and creative records are retained to provide your account and history; there is no universal automatic deletion deadline currently configured. You can use the available account-deletion setting or contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some stored objects, provider records, backups, security logs, or records required by law may require separate handling and may not disappear immediately when an account is deleted. We do not promise instant erasure of every copy.
We verify requests to protect your information. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Do not upload confidential third-party material, personal data you lack permission to use, or irreplaceable originals.
We use authenticated access, encrypted connections, and restricted server-side credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability. We will revise this page when data practices change and indicate the updated date.
